Medicines in School
Please complete the form attached and return to the school email address/ print and return to the office on the day you require your child to be given some medicine.
Please also check that all medicine is in date and remains in the packet or container it was prescribed in.
In cases where your child requires a daily medicine such as an Inhailer or Epipen, we will need to retain one of these in school in their classroom at all times.
