At Swanwick Primary School, we place a high priority on insuring that our pupils are safe online whether at school or in the home.

Our ICT policy outlines the rules for use of the internet for teachers and pupils in school. Internet use guidelines are also displayed in classrooms at an appropriate level for different age groups.

During PHSE lessons the children are taught about e-safety issues such as cyber bullying.

E-safety knowledge needs to be updated to meet the continual changes in technology. Keep abreast of what is new in e-safety with these newsletters for parents written by Alan McKenzie, e-safety advisor.
