Photography Workshop
Year 6 pupils took part in a one hour photography challenge set by proffesional photographer, Mr Robert Kerr. Rob started the session by showing the children how they could capture and make use of light and shadows to create interesting effects in their photographs. He then set them the challenge of taking 12 different photographs in just one hour. Each photo had a different title such as square, triangle, portrait, still life, circle etc. and each child in the group had a different role to play in creating the photographs. The children really enjoyed searching the school and grounds for suitable subjects. Could there be a future professional photographer among them?
